For example: if you have smart fridges or if you are using hot, cold, or core temperature sensors in your kitchen, all data can be forwarded directly to your FoodDocs dashboard.

What happens if my internet connection is poor or not stable? For example, in basements.
As FoodDocs is created by industry experts, we understand how important it is to be sure that the software works both online and offline. Therefore, our app can work perfectly offline. As soon as your device connects to the internet, your data in FoodDocs will be synchronized.
How quickly are technical issues being solved?
First, it’s not very common that we have any issues, but if there are any, it takes up to 1-2 hours. In the case of more serious ones, it can take up to 12 hours.
We also develop our software according to our customers’ feedback. So if several customers request any new feature, we’ll develop it according to your needs.

FoodDocs uses industry-standard cryptographic authentication methods to keep all your account and company data secure.
FoodDocs creates backups of your data daily which are, by default, stored for one week. Your company data is accessible only to users authorized by your main user. Your company's main user has an overview and control over all access rights granted to users.
Where is my data stored?
FoodDocs uses Amazon Web Services for all infrastructure purposes. Our servers are distributed between multiple Central-European Availability Zones for improved performance and stability purposes.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. To make it easier, all our customers have to read and agree with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy when signing up.
Where is FoodDocs based?
FoodDocs has three head offices: in the US, UK, and Europe. The development team is in Europe. The US and UK sales & support are both on-site - in London and NY.
