Sales Account Executive

The company is located in  Estonia, in Europe, but getting most of its customers from North America and the United Kingdom. More than 600 food businesses use FoodDocs daily to ensure food safety compliance easily. 

FoodDocs is one of the fastest-growing food-tech startups, growing 10% monthly. We have 1000+ monthly registered users struggling with food safety issues and waiting for help in decision-making.

 

Who are we looking for?

An Account Executive (AE) to help our customers, during their free trial of our products decide whether our solution can help them improve their food safety processes.

You will serve as the first contact for our potential customers and help them decide if FoodDocs is a great fit for their business or not. This is a full sales cycle role from initial qualifying on the lead potential to closing the sale.

 

What will my typical week look like?

  • Filtering potential leads according to their profile parameters
  • Contacting with customers during the free trial to understand their needs and current processes.
  • Conducting demos and helping inbound leads with their trial evaluation to become FoodDocs customers.
  • Filling necessary data in our CRM(Hubspot), and providing feedback to marketing and product teams.
  • Answering potential leads responses in written channels (chat/ email). Helping them understand whether or not FoodDocs can meet their needs.

 

The job is perfect if you:

  • Ready to reach out to people via phone or email without hesitation.
  • Can clearly communicate in English on a professional level (written and spoken).
  • Are truly interested in making the world a better place through safe food.
  • You're a team player with good communication skills and a self-starter.
  • Bold, fast learner, and a quick thinker.
  • Comfortable with CRM, Zoom, and other tech tools used in Sales.
  • Perfect if you have 1 - 3 years of experience in SaaS, tech, or solution sales.
