How to set up a new monitoring task from scratch?

To start setting up a new monitoring task, follow these steps:

• Go to Setup -> Monitoring checks -> Add task
• Name your task
• Choose whether you want to create a form or a checklist

What's the difference between a form and a checklist?

• Form can have different inputs like choosing a product, temperature, date, etc.
