What are the exact timings of FoodDocs app notifications?

During the monitoring tasks setup, you can set the frequency according to your company's exact standards.

  • Below you can see the exact timings and messages for each default  frequency:

Default: Annually

 At 2 pm on the due date You have tasks waiting in FoodDocs
Default: Twice a year At 2 pm on the due date You have tasks waiting in FoodDocs

Default: Four times a year

 At 2 pm on the due date You have tasks waiting in FoodDocs
Default: Once a month At 2 pm on the due date You have tasks waiting in FoodDocs
Default: Once a week At 2 pm on the due date You have tasks waiting in FoodDocs
Default: Once a day At 2 pm on the due date

You have tasks waiting in FoodDocs
Default: Twice a day At 2 pm on the due date You have tasks waiting in FoodDocs
Default: Once in 2 months At 2 pm on the due date You have tasks waiting in FoodDocs
Default: Not specified No reminder as to be completed only when needed No notification as to be completed only when needed

1. If >3 tasks:

You have "task names" to complete in FoodDocs

2. If <3 tasks:

You have "number of tasks" to complete in FoodDocs
Custom: Weeks At 2 pm one day before the due date

1. If >3 tasks:

You have "task names" to complete tomorrow

2. If <3 tasks:

You have a "number of tasks" to complete tomorrow
Custom: Months At 9 am one week before the due date You have a "task name" to complete next week
Custom: Years At 9 am one month before the due date You have a "task name" to complete next month
