How to View Traceability Product Logs in the Mobile App

Traceability data older than 90 days is only available in the FoodDocs desktop app. By default, the mobile app shows the last 30 days of product logs. This article shows you how to extend the view to 90 days.

Traceability data older than 90 days is available only in the FoodDocs desktop application. For information on recalls and reporting, please refer to this article.

Note: This functionality is available in FoodDocs Mobile App version 0.24.44 or later.

After creating product logs, you can view past logs in the Mobile App for the last 30 days by default. To extend the search period from 30 days to 90 days, follow these steps:

  • Tap the green row labeled “Prepared in last 30 days”.

  • Enter the product name in the Search field.

  • Select the 90 days option.

  • Tap "done" on your mobile device’s keyboard.
