How to cancel the subscription?

When you cancel your subscription, you'll still be able to use FoodDocs for the remaining days you paid for.

Please note that canceling your subscription does not refund any past payments but will prevent any future charges. Subscription cancellation is only available to users with Company Admin rights.

To cancel your subscription:

  • On a computer, log into your FoodDocs account.
  • Tap your name in the right upper corner.
  • Click the Billing tab.
  • Click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION.
