How to export/download/print out monitoring records?

This guide will teach you how to export, download and/or print out your monitoring records. Digital log makes data analysis possible. 

In FoodDocs, all your food safety records are stored in the cloud and digitally accessible at any time. However, if you require to export your food safety monitoring records, you can easily download them from the activity log and analyze it according to your needs.

Please note: Downloading, exporting your monitoring records is available only on our desktop version. It means You should monitor your tasks in the app and see the results and details in the desktop.

How to export/download monitoring records?

  • Select the Monitoring check from the list of All tasks

  • Select the Date range
  • Click Download

  • Your data will be exported to a spreadsheet (CSV, XLSX). Analyze according to your needs.
