How to log unscheduled monitoring on the desktop?
Follow these steps to log unscheduled entries to your monitoring log on the desktop.

- Although monitoring is available in our desktop solution, all monitoring tasks are much easier to complete on the FoodDocs app.
- Our food safety app is accessible across your Apple iOS or Android devices and on your tablet. It's easy to use and saves your time on staying compliant.

If you still prefer to use the FoodDocs desktop app for monitoring, you need to know how to add unscheduled entries. Unscheduled entry means monitoring checks with 'not specified' frequency.
Follow these easy steps to add unscheduled entries to your monitoring on the desktop:
- Log into FoodDocs on your computer
- Go to Monitoring
- In the top right, click '+ UNSCHEDULED ENTRY'
- Specify the monitoring check, date, and unit
- Click Create
Please note: your record will be saved for the selected date but automatically stamped with the current date and time. To hide the automatic time stamp, go to Setup > Company > Edit > Hide actual time of entry > Save.
