How does the 14-day free trial work?
We offer a free 14-day trial of our paid plans so you can try our paid features before you subscribe.
Am I eligible for a free trial?
If you’re new to FoodDocs, you can start a free 14-day free trial on any of our paid plans. If you’re on a paid plan or used to be on a paid plan, you’re not eligible for a free trial.
You can start a free 14-day trial on your FoodDocs account once. If you’ve already started a free 14-day trial on your account, you’re not eligible for another free trial.
Credit card details are not required to sign up for a free 14-day free trial.
What does the 14-day free trial include?
All food businesses can join our 14-day free trial. After the easy configuration, your monitoring checks are set up automatically according to your business profile. You can log your monitoring tasks with our app or through the desktop view.
The full HACCP plan content will be available during the trial period, including all needed documents - Hazard Analysis, Critical Control Points, Flow Chart, SOPs, etc.
You can download and print the HACCP plan any time after purchasing at least an annual payment for any available package. Annual payment includes access to your digital HACCP plan for the whole year. It means you can improve your HACCP plan at any time and print it out again.
Can I extend my trial?
Our 14-day free trial gives you time to evaluate if FoodDocs is right for you. However, we understand that sometimes two weeks isn't enough. You can request a one-time trial extension to continue building your food safety management system. Feel free to send your request to support@fooddocs.com
What happens after my 14 days trial is over?
We don’t take any credit card details during the free trial unless you want to purchase any of our subscription plans.
- If you haven’t chosen a pricing plan before your free trial ends, then your account will be frozen at the end of your free trial period.
- If you have chosen a pricing plan before the end of your free trial, then your free trial period will be stopped and automatically continued with the subscription plan purchased.
- If you would like to activate your subscription after your free trial is over, then go to the Billing section in your FoodDocs account, select the plan and input payment details.
- A subscription is activated when we have a valid payment method - you won't be charged unless you activated the subscription.
