How to view and download my paid invoices?

You get a monthly invoice for your FoodDocs subscription in email, or you can get a copy at any time in your FoodDocs account.

At the start of your billing cycle each month (calculated based on your first payment date), we email you a PDF of your invoice. This invoice is for information only. No action is required on your part.

Details in the monthly email include the invoice number, company name and address, service or product associated with the cost, period, tax (if applicable) and actual cost incurred and paid.

You can also view your paid invoices within your FoodDocs account:

  • Log into your FoodDocs account
  • Go to  the Billing section
  • Scroll down to the section Invoices
  • By default, all transactions will display in the list with the most recent transaction at the top
  • Click on invoice to download as a PDF file

Don’t see an invoice for a particular month? It might not be available yet. Each month’s invoice is available at the start of your billing cycle each month. For example, if your first payment was made on the 25th of April, then all the following invoices will be available on the 25th of each month.
