How to reset your password?

If you can't log into your account, you can easily reset your password with just two clicks.

Please note: a password reset email may land in your SPAM folder. Make sure to check all the folders.

To reset your password:

  • On the login page, click Forgot password?

How to reset your password

  • Enter the email address you signed up with for FoodDocs.
  • Click SEND.

  • You're sent an email with a link to reset your password.

  • In the email, click New password.

  • Enter a new password, repeat your password and click CONFIRM.
  • Sign in to your FoodDocs account with your email address and a new password.
