How to get started with the help of FoodDocsCustomer Success Manager?
To get you started, our Customer Sucess Manager will guide you through the process and explain how FoodDocs works.
At the beginning of your journey with FoodDocs, you will be introduced to our Customer Success Manager to ensure you receive the training and support needed to achieve your goals and to meet your expectations.
A good way to start is to identify who will be your Project Lead. This will help to monitor the implementation process to accomplish your desired targets.
How does it work?
Our Customer Success Manager will:
- Run an Onboarding meeting via Zoom
- Discuss your goals and answer all your questions
- Provide training to key people at the company (selected Project Lead)
- Assist to review the progress
Your Project Lead will:
- Be the main point of contact for FoodDocs
- Invite the team members
- Set up the business unit
- Train the team
- Create the monitoring tasks
- Apply changes (if required)
