How to find traceability logs

With our Smart Traceability solution, you can easily track your products and ingredients in case of recall. All records are stored in the cloud and digitally accessible at any time.

Please note: Traceability log data for previous days are available only on our desktop version. You must fill in traceability in the app and see the results and details on the desktop.

  • On your desktop, log into your FoodDocs account.
  • Navigate to Traceability > Prepared Products.
  • You will find a list of your completed traceability logs, which you can sort by product name, batch, expiry date, or creator.

  • Advanced search allows you to filter data by expiry date, product or ingredient name, and product or ingredient batch number.
  • To export the data, select the parameters in Advanced search and choose to download it in CSV or XLSX format. You can then analyze the data according to your needs.

  • To view more details about the product, click on the traceability record that interests you.
