How to determine production volume in your HACCP Plan?

Learn how to work out the production volume of produced, sold, or served food in your HACCP plan.

Planning your production volume is an essential part of creating a HACCP Plan. This helps to plan the storage capacity in your premises.

Please note:

  • Before determining production volumes, choose relevant produced, served, or sold food according to your company's profile.

  • You need to provide average volumes. If you are a starting business, mark the estimated quantities you assume you are going to produce.

  • This feature is available only on your desktop. It means it's not available in your app.

Follow these steps to determine the Production volume for your Produced/served/sold food:

  • Go to HACCP Plan -> Production volumes

  • Mark the Estimated volumes of each production in the list
