How to add monitoring logs for past period?
You can easily add past monitoring logs for a specific date in case you have forgot to do it on time.
Please note! This feature is available only in destop. It means, you cannot add monitoring log for the past period in the app.
There are cases when you need to log an entry for a specific day in the past but the app allows you to complete only the current tasks. For instance, when you have just launched a digital food safety system and you need to transfer paper records for the previous week.
Please note: your record will be saved for the selected date but automatically stamped with the current date and time. To hide the automatic time stamp, go to Setup > Company > Edit > Hide actual time of entry > Save.
Follow these easy steps to add past entries:
- Log into FoodDocs on your computer
- Go to Monitoring
- In your Timeline view, stay on the weekly view or switch to monthly
- Click to fill in the required tasks
- Save your progress
Please note: unscheduled monitoring checks with 'not specified' frequency do not show up in your timeline. Read more about how to add past unscheduled entries.
