      How to upgrade my subscription?

      You can easily change your subscription plan in FoodDocs. The new cost of the subscription will be recalculated.

      There are three subscription plans in FoodDocs:

      1. Basic > billed only yearly > Create your food safety compliance docs > store digitally > limitless download of a PDF copy 
      2. Standard > monthly/yearly > Monitor your food safety team > Unlimited access to our personalized food safety desktop and app + HACCP Plan
      3. Professional > monthly/yearly > Monitor your food safety team + Plan, trace, and manage your production + HACCP Plan

      Please note:

      • The cost of the new subscription will be recalculated automatically; the initial payment will be considered.
      • This feature is available ONLY on a desktop. It means you cannot upgrade your subscription in your app.

      Follow these easy steps to change to another subscription plan:

      Change my subscription plan

      • Click the Update plan button
      • Select whether you need Monthly or Yearly plan by clicking Continue

      • Review your card and Confirm
