How to customize your HACCP plan (UK and IRE)?

After you have created your HACCP Plan, it's very important to customize it according to your company's specifics.

Please note:

  • First, you need to generate your HACCP plan by completing the questionnaire. After that, you will be able to customize it according to your company's needs. 
  • This feature is available only on your desktop. It means you cannot customize your HACCP Plan in your app. 

Follow these steps to customize your HACCP plan:

  • Review and make sure you have switched on only relevant selections when creating your HACCP Plan. All selections will be considered when creating your HACCP Plan.

  • Review the content of your HACCP Plan (Start with Chapter 3: Hazard Analysis)
  • Click on Edit in case you need to start applying any changes to the content

HACCP > How to edit hazards?

  • Edit the relevant blocks one-by-one if you find it necessary

HACCP > How to edit HACCP block?

         For example:
    • Change name of the Process step (e.g., Receiving the products -> Reception of food)
    • Add Additional information if you find it neccessary (e.g., The origin of the food must be traceable at all stages of production, processing and distribution). 
    • Switch ON/OFF Potential hazards according to your needs
HACCP > How to edit process name, switch on/off hazards
    • + ADD more potential hazards.
    • Save to confirm.
HACCP > How to Add new custom hazard

    • Edit the hazards' details (including wording, hazard type and risk levels, etc) by clicking on the relevant hazard

    • Save to confirm

    • Now you can download your HACCP Plan with an active yearly subscription or share it digitally
