Executive Chef of Holiday Inn Kyiv: "My life has changed since I started using FoodDocs!"

International hotel chain Holiday Inn is revolutionizing their operations in Kyiv and has implemented a digital HACCP system in their kitchen.

‘Today most of the restaurants are still using monitoring checklists and other documents on paper, although this practice tends to be inefficient and time-consuming, moreover the risk of human errors associated with it is great and such documents are easy to falsify.
